The Elite Salary Cap Football Season begins on September 8th, 2011 and ends on January 2nd, 2012.

During our Early Bird Special, our team prices are as follows: 1 team for $17.99; 3 teams for $34.99; or 5 teams for $52.99. Our regular prices are 1 team for $19.99; 3 teams for $39.99, and 5 teams for $59.99.

In Elite Salary Cap Football, you're the General Manager of your very own football team! We give you 50,000,000 Fantasy Dollars to draft 11 players (2 QBs; 3 RBs; 3 WRs; 1 TE; 1 K; 1 DEF) who will score points for you based on how they play in real-life football games. As GM, you use your 50,000,000 salary cap to build the best team you can afford. While they're on your team, your players score points towards your season-long total by playing in real-life games. If one of your players is struggling, or if he gets hurt, you can cut him and pick up another player to join your team, provided you can afford him. Manage your team wisely, though - you have a limited amount of moves you can make.

Get your Elite team to complete for cash. The winner of each league wins $100, 2nd place $50 and third place $25. Also, win one of 26 prizes, including $1,500 Grand Prize. See Rules for more details. Leagues must fill a minimum 19 of the 20 team spots to be eligible for league prizes.

Unfortunately in our Elite game we do not allow users to change leagues. This is done for a number of reasons and we feel it is in the best interest of the game and our attempt to ensure fair play.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Since all Elite Salary Cap teams will be competing not only amongst their league but with all of our other members in the overall competition as well, we are not able to allow commissioners to set different Salary Cap and/or roster configuration requirements.

Sure, you can create a new league at any point in the season. Your league will only score points for days after the start date of your league

With Salary Cap Football, you buy and sell players off of a Trading Floor that is shared by everyone playing our game. When you make a trade, you are buying or selling a player on the market, not to an individual. Therefore it is not necessary (or possible), for you to trade players with other members of your league.

Yes. With Salary Cap Football, any team in the game that can afford a player can buy them as long as they have the money and an open space on their roster. In theory, every team in your league could own the same player.

From your team or league summary page simply click on "Buy Players". You will need to fill your roster with 11 players (2 QBs; 3 RBs; 3 WRs; 1 TE; 1 K; 1 DEF) *Please note: When you buy a player, you do not receive the fantasy points he scored previous to his being on your team. You only receive fantasy points for each game he plays while he's on your team, if he was on your roster at the time of his game locked (approximately 10 minutes for the game's Opening Kickoff).

Franchise value (or roster value) is the total sum of every player's price on your lineup. You can find this in your Team History under the My Team menu, and on the Leaderboards.

Each team starts the season with 50M Fantasy Dollars to form their roster of 11 players. Do not forget that you must have a full 11 man roster or your team will not receive credit for any points they earn.

During the season, every time you sell a player, it counts as one trade. Each team starts the regular season with 4 trades, and then each Monday evening you will receive 4 additional Free trades. Before the regular season begins you can buy and sell players all you'd like without using any trades.

Yes! You must have a full roster of players before the weekly lock or your team will receive zero points for the week. You do NOT have to have someone that is actually playing that week, but each roster slot must be filled with a player.

No, you are unable to use purchased trades in our Elite game. Purchased trades are only able to be used in our Free Standard games

No. The position(s) a player begins the season listed at will be their only available position(s) throughout the course of the season

That depends. If the player you sold today is not playing in a game that has already started or finished for the day, then you can buy them back and you will get your trade credit back. If their game has already started, then any trade would be counted for the next week and you would not get your credit back.

Yes, the trades roll over. Each week, you are allocated 4 free trades and you do not have to use them before the next trade allocation

You make a trade by selling one player and buying another. You sell a player by clicking on the red box next to their name. You buy a player by clicking on the green box next to their name.

Each team will begin the season with 4 Free trades in their Trade Center. Then each Monday evening your team will receive 4 additional Free Trades.

There are two kinds of locks that occur in Salary Cap Football. A Player locks just prior to the opening kickoff of a game that an individual player's team is playing in and then there are Roster locks which take place at 11:00pm week's conclusion. When a Player or Game locks occurs, it means that you can no longer sell a locked player for the week and you will get whatever points that player scores as long as you have a full roster for that week. When the Roster lock occurs, you need to have a full lineup or you will not get players for the week. When the roster lock is over, any trades made will count towards the next week.

Each Salary Cap Shotgun Football competition runs for four weeks starting in week 2 and running through the last game of the NFL regular season.

For Shotgun leagues an entry fee of $9.99 for one team, or $24.99 for 3 teams.

As the General Manager of your very own Salary Cap Shotgun Football team you start with $50M Fantasy Dollars to draft 11 players who will score points for you based on how they play in real-life Football games. You have unlimited trades prior to the first week of each month long contest and get 4 trades each following week allowing you to adjust your roster by selling and buying players.

Your entry is free in the Standard Salary Cap Football game. You can play all season without spending a dime, but you do have the option to purchase additional trades to increase your enjoyment of the game.

You have a few options for setting up and joining leagues. Once you have already created a team, then you can click the Join League button next to your team name. A pop-up window will open giving you the options to either A) Be included in an Auto League where we put you in a league with other users looking for a league B) Find either a public or private league by searching the league directory C) Create your own league where you choose the League Name and can upload a league image. Private leagues will require you to enter a password to join, so you will need to get the password from the commissioner before you can join.

You can have as few or as many people as you would like join your private league. During the initial set up you will be asked the maximum number of users you would like to allow to join. You can set it to as little as two all the way up to unlimited!

The green box next to a player's name means that you can purchase the player. He is not locked and you have enough money to buy the player. The gray box next to a player's name means that you cannot purchase the player. He is either locked or you cannot afford the player. The red box means that you already own that player and can drop him from your roster.
